The B1 was the original design that started the Vivid Audio portfolio.  Its unique shape epitomises Vivid Audio’s determination break the mould of traditional loudspeaker thinking and design.  This foundation has served the company well with those first developments forming the basis of the whole product range culminating in the recent introduction of the flagship G1 Giya.

Utilising identical cabinet techniques and materials as the K1, the B1 also uses the same bass reaction cancelling system as its larger brother.  This time, two bass drivers are used, the one on the front baffle being directly coupled the second on the rear.  This technology dramatically reduces the amount of mechanical energy given off by the enclosure, delivering the tight and accurate bass demanded by the Vivid Audio engineers.

A smaller floorstanding speaker than the K1, the B1’s integral stand is made of the same material as the cabinet, providing the ideal mechanical contact to the floor.  The five custom machined spikes add extra stability where necessary.
