Stello 500 Series – High-end performance without the esoteric price tag

The CDA500 CD player features the same attention to detail as the Ai500 with special consid¬eration applied to the proprietary signal transmission circuits. This sensitive area of the circuit demands the very best components with the result being zero signal loss or audible noise.

Compatible with ‘Red Book’ CD, CD-R and CD-RW discs, the CDA500 utilises a specially isolated top-loading mechanism with sliding cover and disc stabilizing puck. The signal is then processed by the flagship Cirrus Logic CS4398 digital to analogue converter that allows for upsampling up to 24 bit / 192kHz

As well as COAX and optical digital inputs and outputs, a USB socket is provided for those that wish to utilise the internal DAC’s for their PC music.

The power supply is heavily engineered with the digital and analogue circuits powered by their own transformers and power supplies. Keeping these two highly sensitive circuits as separate as possible within the same chassis is essential to reduce unwanted noise and interference.

The CDA500 is finished in contemporary satin-finished aluminium casework and comes with an aluminium ‘block’ full feature remote control.
